Coherence mode - Apps run alongside mac apps
View > Coherence
To switch from Full Screen mode to Coherence mode 
  
- Control-Option (Alt), click the View menu and select Exit Full Screen.
Then open the View menu and click Enter Coherence. 
 - Move the pointer to the upper-left corner of the screen until the corner peels back
 and click Exit Full Screen. Then choose View > Enter Coherence. 


Option-click (Alt-click) the Parallels icon in the menu bar and choose Configure, and then click Options. 
- If the Parallels Desktop menu bar is visible at the top of the screen,
choose Parallels Desktop > Configure, and then click Options.
