dls/tcp
Directory Location Service
Description
Directory Location Service was implemented once and no longer exists. It
was a project for a graduate level research project that never quite took hold.
It was designed to overcome the bind in how to limit scope of queries
in a distributed environment and find appropriate servers.
It used both udp and tcp. UDP for query, tcp for data.
