Holidays: Fri-Sat after Thanksgiving | December 26-31 | Sat-Mon MLK day (3rd Mon. in Jan.) | Sat-Mon Presidents day (3rd Mon. in Feb.) | Memorial Day Weekend (last mon. in May) | July 4 weekend | Labor Day (1st mon. in Sept)

Reservation/Deposits:
One night deposit, refundable if the booking is cancelled within 30 days,
plus a nonrefundable cleaning fee  due at the time of reservation.

Remainder due 30 days prior to your stay.

People  Cleaning 
1-6       $90   
7 and up $150  

Beds/linnen:
 There are three options for linens/towels.
1. Bring your own
2. Use the ones at the cabin and wash and fold them.
3. Use the ones at the cabin and pay for cleaning $20/bed.

 The bed configurations are as  follows:
 Back BR: 1 king, 1 twin
 Upstairs front BR: 1 double and 1 twin
 Lofts: 2-3 twin size mattresses each loft
 Living Room: 1 queen sleeper sofa best suited to the young.
 Cottage: 1 double in each of the two lofts. 
  If you have a problem  with bedding sizes, just holler and we'll provide.

Drive plowing $50 (D & L Snow Removal (530) 525-1250 )

When you leave:
Put sheets and towels at the end of the beds.
Return pillows back to where you got them if you move them.
