Under Construction

In an era where the tea party republicans, Sarah Palin, Newt Gingrich, Michelle Bachmann, Rick Perry, Scott Brown, Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz, Mike Huckabee, Rick Santorum, and other right wing elements seem to be getting all the news, the moderate civil Republicans seem to be forgotten.
Two recent developments, the death at 103 of Edgar Wayburn (5 time president of the Sierra Club) and the retirement of Supreme Court Justice Stevens, reminded me of a few of the good ones.
