Bank-to-Bank Transfer
If both accounts are yours, a bank-to-bank transfer is a good option.
 You can set up the transfer with the sending or receiving bank,
  and the funds arrive at the destination after two or three business days (typically by ACH (Automated Clearing House )). 

Verification

1. Some banks allow instant verification if you tell us your username and password at for that bank.

2. If you don't want to provide your username and password, we'll send 2 small deposits
 to your account and one withdrawal for the total of the 2 deposits,
  then ask you to verify the two deposits. This takes 2 to 3 business days.

Chase would only let me transfer to a checking or savings acct not to an investment account.
